Koyorad is proud to introduce a direct replacement, all-aluminum filler neck for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic.  This is an all- aluminum upgrade to the aged and brittle stock plastic unit.

 

Features:

•Direct replacement for the plastic OEM unit using the OEM hose and clamp
•Billet aluminum neck eliminates steam erosion and cracking common with plastic filler necks
•Retrofits radiator cap style to the more robust “deep plunger” type - Koyorad # SK-C13 (not included) or equivalent radiator cap

All-Aluminum Radiator
03-09 Toyota 4Runner 4.7 V8 (4th Generation) and 03-09 Lexus GX470

 

Koyorad is proud to introduce an all-aluminum performance radiator for the 4th Generation 03-09 Toyota 4Runner and 03-09 Lexus GX470.  Features include Koyorad's NFLO triple pass technology; strategically placed internal partitions promoting complete core coverage for improved efficiency over the OEM style single pass configuration.  NFLO technology allows a slim core profile, yet is over 33% thicker than stock and boosts the cooling system’s heat capacity and endurance without adding unnecessary volume and weight.  Designed for the serious off-road enthusiast, the internal automatic transmission (AT) cooler has been purposefully omitted.  An external transmission cooler (not included) will be necessary, which allows for visual inspections of the cooler itself and can be upsized and upgraded to offer improved transmission performance out in the field.  Since the internal AT cooler has been removed, the radiator will have zero risk of coolant and transmission fluid breech which can cause catastrophic engine and drivetrain damage.  Advanced engineering and design, impeccable TIG welds, proficiency in furnace brazing, and triple pressure testing for quality has earned Koyorad the excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide.
